I don't know what it's like with two coz my 2 and 3 came as a package deal, but it's definitely full on! I just keep telling myself that the crazy baby stage only lasts for such a short time, particularly since #4 is about t be thrown in the mix.
The hardest part for me has been coping with toddlers whilst being pregnant. I don't have good pregnancies and I have found myself resenting the baby more than once for making me feel too crappy to really enjoy the other three kids. But again, it is only a short stage and will all be over soon.
We did go with a people mover when we went from 1 -3, I had a tiny Polo which we had to sell anyway so we figured might as well do the people mover thing.
In terms of cost, it's really only recently that I've started finding three really expensive coz the little ones are now eating more. We do cloth nappies which saved a lot and if you can breastfeed that will save a bit too.

As far as weather or not its busier the only thing I am worried about is little things loke loading them all in and out of car etc oh and the washing i am picking there will be lots of washing to do with 3.

I've coped OK with taking 3 out, at the supermarket the gremlins go in a twin trolley and Maya walks, and other places I use the buggy, altho it is getting harder as they get faster and I get slower with being pregnant.
I am terrified at the thought of taking 4 out tho!

I think the age gap has a part in how you deal with 3 kids. I think if Rico was just a bit older, as well as Gia. She was still very young when #3 came along. Taking 3 out to the shops, even now, is quite a mish, and I don't do it much. I will only do it if I'm only doing one thing at the mall, not my groceries, or shopping for clothes. I don't mind taking all 3 to visit people though. They are very well-behaved most of the time, so isn't that bad. It's getting them all ready to get out the door that's the most tiresome.

I am not so keen on the going out thing...Thinking for shopping and stuff I might just do it at night or on the weekend when DH home...Or possibly even get Paige to push No 3 in pram while I sort out Busy Blake!
Getting out the door to school...feeding while Blake around and also getting dinner on the table are all things I have no idea how it will all work!

I was really worried bout how I'd feed #3 with the othe 2 around but so far they've both been really great and understanding. They help bring up her wind and we read sometimes which makes them feel included. As for getting out the door, well yeah that's the tough bit, especially in wet weather with no cover, but we manage.

The two things that scare me most about when baby arrives are, like Kelpa said, getting dinner on the table, and getting us out the door in the morning to get Maya to school on time.

I still hate dinner-time to this day. If Dh is home, it's fine. He can cook while I feed Jett & bath the kids, or vice versa. It's when he's late home that I almost crack under pressure. Usually the older 2 have to wait while I sort Jett out & get him in bed. Then dinner gets cooked a little too late (around 6pm) and eaten around 6:30pm. I'd rather we all were eating at 5:30. But that's not the case most of the time.

I make dinner during the day, meals that can simply be turned on later like lasagna(?), caseroles, soups etc. It makes life alot easier.

Ditto!
And casseroles are a mother's best friend - you can prepare them when the kids are settled and they are hard to burn!

i'm the opposite - if hubby isnt home for dinner then i get it all organised earlier and have the kids in bed by at least an hour earlier too. mind you its normally pasta. in fact come to think of it i am much more organised without hubby!

In fact I used to love cooking..but since Blake arrived, I totally hate it ....he has an alarm clock that goes off and about 4:45 and stands at the gate into the kitchen waiting waiting.....
I do prefer it if Paige or Mark are home as they can keep him busy while I calmly cook.................I so wish we could have more crock pot easy prep food but fussy children seem to prevent this!!!!
