I had issues with Vodafone when we rented the internet kept dropping out but turns out that it was because the wiring in the phone jack was rusty. I find their tech desk awesome. They walk you through everything they had me try everything before they sent out a technician to avoid being charged for the service man.
At mum and dads the internet has dropped out a few times unsure why its just talking to the modem. The phone line here has stopped working as well, possibly because the wires are under the house and are frayed so therefore not working.
For this household we need the 20gb, we've only hit the 80% mark once which is good, but we regularly go well over 10gb.
I'll look at who we go with when we move next time depending on the area.

The customer service we recieved when signing up to the briadband and landline package was absolutely shocking. Ended up cancelling the broadband part of it.
The phone is alright, no problems so far.

We have the Ultimate pack (20G for $100) and have never had any problems. We don't make too many toll calls but have never had connection issues with the phone or the broadband.
And I've always had really good service from the helpdesk people too.
They were a bit slow when we were first setting up and were out of stock of the wireless modems at the time so they gave us a free other modem which we still have if need be some day.

We have the Ultimate pack too and have done for about a year now - They are about 100 x better than Telecom thus far!
I had no idea about the MySKY offer until yesterday! I signed up tonight and get new decoder tomorrow - Such a wicked deal!
I have never had any phone/net /service problems!

Well we are (we think!) finally signed up with vodafone... we almost told them to forget it as their help desk was pretty bad - we had trouble with the online form charging us a $99 connection fee which we were told there was none just the $49 mysky fee.
I certainly hope thats the only problems we have!

Yeah, their customer service is average at best, I think it's worse for their mobile services though. We have the Ultimate home and broadband package and MySky with them, and no complaints about any of the services so far. We've never gone over 20GB though, as far as I know, not even close.
