Haha, Kelz! I have all sorts of different ones. I think that one might be because when, if, when I do get UTD I will probably end up giving birth at the hosp in Pukekohe, but Mum had all four of us at Middlemore and DH was born at Middlemore, so I feel a bit of a pull towards there. (Plus it's part way between work and home and in that daydream my water broke at work. Haha. I'm so not normal.)

I have my fingers and toes crossed for all of us ladies this year...made it my goal that this is going to be my year!!!!

I think what is stressing me out the most is that I feel like by biological clock is ticking, I turn 31 next month and DH 34 on Monday it's not really that old in the scheme of things but I feel like it is! can't explain the feeling but no matter how I try and talk myself out of it, it seems to be what is making me freak out. I think if I was 27 I wouldn't be feeling quite so bad.

I also find that people seem to tippy-toe around the subject with me, like it's taboo maybe cos they feel sorry for me or just cos they're trying to be nice, it does drive me crazy a little bit and sometimes it would be nice for people to just come right out and ask. At least I can say all the questions about when are we starting a family that are typical after you get married have dried up.

Heard acupuncture is expensive so am going to try natruopath first. Are you gals going to give anything similar ago this year?

I hear you on the clock ticking skylar! I am 32 in April and DP is turning 33, we both want more than 1 child so I feel the clock ticking louder every month!!
I have considered acupuncture etc, however am going to go to my FA appointment and then decide from there what to do.

Im glad we havent really told anyone that we are TTC, I think it was make me feel worse if people didnt talk about it. There is one person on here that worked out who i was but i dont actually mind her knowing. even though she is pregnant she still takes about it but is really understanding

Sometimes i feel so different from everyone else (on here) that cant get pregnant because ours is MFI so there isnt much that we can actually do.

I can totally relate to how you are feeling. Whilst we have been blessed with a gorgeous daughter we have been trying for #2 for 2 years now and I have had 3 miscarriages.    You guys think your biological clocks are ticking at your ages, I am 40 this year so I have alarm bells ringing!!!!

I found acupuncture really good, regulated my cycle and although it didn't turn out well I did get a BFP whilst doing it.

Orca1 that is so horrible to have got the BFP 3x only to m/c, it was horrible enough for me to get 1 BFP and then m/c I couldn't imagine how hard it must be to repeat that twice over!

Went to a 1st bdae party yesterday, god it just made me feel soooo awful to be probably 1 of 2 women there who didn't have a kid! it made me just want to leave!!!!!!!!! on the other hand while talking to a good friend she told me about a friend of hers who had been trying for 5 years and finally got the BFP just before they were about to start IVF, those kind of stories just make my heart warm. Sometimes there is a light at the end of the tunnel huh?

Hi Skylar, just found this thread and I was wondering whether you had tried Vitex?  I think it is fantastic!!  I suffered from secondary infertility and it took us 2 years, 7 rounds of clomid and a miscarriage to have our second.  I thought I would be looking at similar with #3 but after taking Vitex for only one cycle I was pregnant!  Maybe a fluke but it is worth trying  Best of luck to you all for this year!!

Thanks My3Sons, I haven't heard of Vitex, can you fill me in on what it is?

I am heading to the naturopath this weekend, she practices iridology and was recommended to me by a friend, who had previously had a lot of trouble TTC and holding pregnancies - friend highly recommended visiting her, she saw her before each of her pregnancies and got BFP within 3months...so also something positive to look forward to :)
