Does anyone have this cookbook?

I lent mine to a friend who has now relocated to another town because of the earthquake so I can't get it back at the moment.

I am wanting to make the Chicken with Cranberries for dinner but can't remember what to put in it.

Could someone please tell me the ingredients if they have the book.

Thanks in advance.

I have it but I can't find that recipe, I'm flicking through now to find a recipe with cranberries in it

ETA - All I can find is Cranberry-seasoned rolled pork belly.. unless you make it with chicken? I'll keep looking, just have to get DS up!

I thought hmm and just went and checked my recipe books. It must be Robyn Martin's Best Recipes for Crockpots and Slow Cookers.

I like her recipes much nicer than my two Alison Holst slow cooker books way more flavour. I love my slow cooker!

Chicken and Cranberry Casserole

1 Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
8 skinned and boned chicken thighs
3 rashers bacon
170 gm dried cranberries
1 cup red wine
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
1 bay leaf
3 tablespoons conrnflour
3 tablespoons water
salt fresh rosemary or laverder to garnish

low for 8 hours

Haven't made this one have thought about it but never have the cranberrys in cupboard looks yummy enjoy!
