Does anyone have this cookbook?
I lent mine to a friend who has now relocated to another town because of the earthquake so I can't get it back at the moment. I am wanting to make the Chicken with Cranberries for dinner but can't remember what to put in it. Could someone please tell me the ingredients if they have the book. I have it but I can't find that recipe, I'm flicking through now to find a recipe with cranberries in it

I thought hmm and just went and checked my recipe books. It must be Robyn Martin's Best Recipes for Crockpots and Slow Cookers. I like her recipes much nicer than my two Alison Holst slow cooker books way more flavour. I love my slow cooker! Chicken and Cranberry Casserole 1 Onion 2 Cloves Garlic 8 skinned and boned chicken thighs 3 rashers bacon 170 gm dried cranberries 1 cup red wine 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder 1 bay leaf 3 tablespoons conrnflour 3 tablespoons water salt fresh rosemary or laverder to garnish low for 8 hours Haven't made this one have thought about it but never have the cranberrys in cupboard looks yummy enjoy! |
