I second what Bizzy said.
I play netball and still do at 18 weeks. When I was pregnant with DS my midwife and doctor both said so long as it was something I had been doing prior to getting pregnant, then it would be fine to continue. I did have to be careful of my ankles as your ligiments get softer or something and therefore it is easier to roll your ankle or hurt yourself.
I would keep doing all of it so long as you are feeling good :-) A while ago I saw a documentary about ladies who were heavily pregnant doing half marithons etc.
One warning......according to my DH, we have a very busy, active boy because I played netball while carrying him. My SIL who is very large and doesn't move much at all has two very placid babies.
