No Cry Sleep Solution

I dont know how different the No Cry Sleep Solution is to the Baby Whisperer, (which DH bought me for xmas and Ive just started reading) but Im going to try her plan this weekend, hopefully within 5 days DD will sleep longer than an hour at a time at night with out having to be resettled... I like the way she says to not leave her to CIO, which I (personally) just hate the idea of, esp as DD barely cries..
I know she is still quite young, but she has always been a great sleeper, the alst 2ish months shes done 6 or 7 hour blocks, but the last week and a half has been crap, and I would love for her to self settle sooner rather than later

Linzy, I thought that, and I think originally it might have been (a week and a half ago) as she was waking hourly/hour and a half and was totally starving, now she wakes every 45mins but just wants the dummy and will go back to sleep again. When shes hungry she spits it out and grizzles...
mmmm sleep would be nice!
