I am thinking the same thing as busymum, try introducing a dreamfeed. I did this with Lauren about 2 or 3 months ago and did it for 6 weeks as she wasn't lasting the whole night without wanting a bottle.
After 6 weeks of dreamfeeing I noticed she was drinking less and less of it so she pretty much self weaned off the dreamfeed herself, but it got us through a really rough patch of numerous night time wakings.
I just gave her a dreamfeed whenever I went to bed, be it 9pm or 11pm, I made it fit in with my sleep schedule and it worked a treat!
Just recently she's started waking at 1am, but not for a bottle, she thinks its playtime! I am yet to cure this habit now
