I have a lot of pain on my left side while BF.

DD has just turned 1 - so I'm sure that the latch is fine! It feels like she is biting me, but I suspect that it may be me rather than her (she has had her front teeth for ages, and no problems on the other side)...

Any ideas???

Maybe thrush or mastitis??

You should get it checked by a doc - you're right, it shoudln't be painful at this stage (unless she was biting, but you'd know if she was biting!!).

It's not mastitis - I've had that before - and yes, I have been bitten heaps before too - so maybe thrush...
