I have a lot of pain on my left side while BF. DD has just turned 1 - so I'm sure that the latch is fine! It feels like she is biting me, but I suspect that it may be me rather than her (she has had her front teeth for ages, and no problems on the other side)... Any ideas??? |

Maybe thrush or mastitis??
You should get it checked by a doc - you're right, it shoudln't be painful at this stage (unless she was biting, but you'd know if she was biting!!). |

It's not mastitis - I've had that before - and yes, I have been bitten heaps before too - so maybe thrush... |
