4DPO is 4 days post ovulation, it's best to wait until about 12DPO to test as the pregnancy hormone that the test picks up is very low for the first 2 weeks.
So wait until your period is due or late (if you can contain yourself) before testing with your first morning urine (FMU).
12DPO is quite early to test as well, many tests will give you a positive at this stage, but not all. Its hard, but wait as long as you can before you test. When your period is due is usually a good time.
