Capsules on wheels - any thoughts?

PS - as a little bit of background:

I have a SIL in Australia who, two months ago, said we could have her mountain buggy for our bubs, as her boys won't need it anymore. However in the last month or so she said that actually she can't part with it until December (i'm assuming she means around Christmas time, that is IF she comes over). This leaves me in the lurch for three months as I'm due end of September!!

Thus my brain is trying to figure out the most cost effective (and convenient) idea for the meantime that will also be best for bubs. On the one hand we could go out and buy ourselves a buggy, but on the other it seems crazy to when I know this SIL will have kept her buggy in excellent condition. It's just that it won't quite arrive when bubs does, lol. Ah the joys of decision making...
