I have 3 Snapfish mugs - not those ones though, just the normal ones with pics, and one of my handles fell off after a few months. I emailed them and they credited me a new one - still had to pay $1 handling fee and pick it up though (not that $1 was alot, but it was still a pain to pick it up)

LOL i got mine this morning and I was so guted that you couldnt see the pics, but lucky I had DH here to say "umm maybe you have to put hot water in it"!!! LOL
But I did order two and one was chipped and cracked so i just rang them and hes putting the order in, and should be here in a couple of days. No questions asked!!! Great service.
