I got my mug today and well you can barely make out the pictures. at first i didnt think there were pictures at all until i looked closer and in a better light.
Anyone else got theres? I know it was free but it still cost $7 postage and if i sent it back for the same price it would then cost me $14 and well i dont think i would pay $14 for a mug(certainly wouldnt pay the $29.95 that it was originally, not when i could get a whole photo book for that price) So anyone else got the same prob?? |

Aren't the pictures supposed to come up when you put hot water in the mug?? That was my understanding anyway -------------

Yes are you putting hot liquid in it? The pictures aren't meant to show up unless you do. -------------

we did a mug at xmas with them ... it was perfect - no problems.
maybe you should call them and say you are not happy.. they may refund you the postage difference ? |

They are a bit fuzzy cos I couldnt use the flash otherwise it uncovered the "magic" bit without it being hot

I have 3 Snapfish mugs - not those ones though, just the normal ones with pics, and one of my handles fell off after a few months. I emailed them and they credited me a new one - still had to pay $1 handling fee and pick it up though (not that $1 was alot, but it was still a pain to pick it up)  ------------- Isaac is 6, Ethan is 4, Rico is 2 and Hunter is almost 1! |

LOL i got mine this morning and I was so guted that you couldnt see the pics, but lucky I had DH here to say "umm maybe you have to put hot water in it"!!! LOL
But I did order two and one was chipped and cracked so i just rang them and hes putting the order in, and should be here in a couple of days. No questions asked!!! Great service. -------------
