TMI-don’t read if your easily grossed out

Ok so this is really bothering me cos I am not sure if something is wrong with me and I should be worried or if it is normal and you are the only people I can ask so here goes:
So, AF arrived on Sunday and kinda started calming down on Tuesday but seemed to look like (and this is the gross part) it was a bit brown (this only started on Tuesday) and since then, it has stopped but yesterday and today, there is only this brown - like a brown discharge (I know that sounds gross and I am so sorry if you read this despite the subject heading)
Has this happened to anyone else? What is wrong with me?? Its been going all yesterday and today - not heavy just there - like spotting... ewwww

i got that when i came off the pill, i think it was just my body getting rid of excess gunk up there. i don't think it is in any way harmful, it is just a clear out.

Sounds fairly normal to me too, what the brown color usually indicates is that the blood is a bit 'older', so I would agree with perhaps your body is clearing out a bit of old tissue or something like that. If it keeps up for a while though, ring your Dr.

yeah from my limited knowledge of this stuff old blood is often a browny colour. It it went on for to long though go and get it checked out.

Not trying to get your hopes up but is it worth a preganacy test?

It does sound pretty normal though if your body is adjusting to no longer having any of the depo in your system.

I had a very weird period like that and then figured out a month later when AF hadn't arrived that I was pregnant.

I figure it was implantation bleeding.

I might do a test in the morning - its doing my head in now - the hoping. I have to get it out of the way or I will keep thinking about it. Don't worry Paws - I don't have my hopes up - I will just keep thinking about it

just be prepared that it might not show up yet, it still may be too early. I think my last period was implantation bleeding (well, will know for sure on wed!) i tested a couple of days after it and it was neg, then i tested 3 days before af was due and got bfp. So test tomorrow, but wait another 2 weeks and test again, if it is neg that is. good luck!

I do chart Jess but I haven't figured out how to link it. My temperature plummetted when AF started after being higher up after O so I don't think my test will be a BFP.
