My son is almost six months, and over the last week or so has developed what sort of looks like a mix between spots and eczema (little red spots). They are mainly on his chin so the Dr said it is just dribble rash, but they are also up towards his cheeks.

I thought maybe it was related to the solids I have started him on but I stopped everything and it hasn't made any difference.

Anyone had this or got an idea of what it might be? It is more cosmetic, cause it doesn't seem to bother him TOO much, but I would like to fix it if I can...

Try some sudocreme :) Its fantatsic stuff.
You can also use aqueous cream, the dr gave us that as my DS had the same kind of thing on his face and back.

My DS has this too. I think its food related but don't know what is causing it. He's had it for about a month, some days its worse than others. I have tried everything but nothing clears it up. Strange.

Little girl I looked after has just had this too, we thought it was cause she had started having yoghurts again but am wondering more that it's a side effect of a cold. As it's not teeth cause none came up.

I put bepathan on it too sooth it as well.
