Little girl I looked after has just had this too, we thought it was cause she had started having yoghurts again but am wondering more that it's a side effect of a cold. As it's not teeth cause none came up.

My DS has this too. I think its food related but don't know what is causing it. He's had it for about a month, some days its worse than others. I have tried everything but nothing clears it up. Try some sudocreme :) Its fantatsic stuff.

My son is almost six months, and over the last week or so has developed what sort of looks like a mix between spots and eczema (little red spots). They are mainly on his chin so the Dr said it is just dribble rash, but they are also up towards his cheeks.

I thought maybe it was related to the solids I have started him on but I stopped everything and it hasn't made any difference.
