Hey All
Just wondering if anyone else out there has experienced a pulled or strained tummy muscle while pregnant?
I tried to sit myself up too fast and on a funny angle last week and appear to have pulled a muscle.
The lady who did my massage the other day is pretty certain thats what it is and also you can actually see the area on my tummy where the muscle has gone cause it sticks out a little bit.
Anyway my question is, has anyone else done this? What did you do to help the pain of it?
