Sorry i cant be of much help, im just going into number 3 and number 1 doesnt live with me so affectively number 2 (if that makes sense)

I think going from 2 - 3 or even 4 isnt as hard as going from 1 - 2, but im only speculating........i only say this because when you have one its easy to find a babysitter (well it should be easier) and you pretty much can carry on having a social life and no set routine........when number 2 comes along you need to get some sort of structure and order into the house so things run a bit smoother.......and so forth with number 3, so if my guessing is right, you should already have a routine about your house having 3, so the 4th one pretty much should just slot right in???

I hope im right for you.......

My old neighbour has had 8 children, 2 of those have left home but 6 of them still live at home........the youngest are twin girls who just turned one........and then 2 year old then a 6 & 8 and a 12 year old.........shes awesome, i dont know how she does it, cos she pretty much does it by herself.......

Goodluck and I hope you get some better advise than mine soon
:)

Big congratulations from me too! Sorry no advice really, except to say I was one of 4 and I think actually Mum found it easier than 3 because we naturally paired up to play/look after each other. With 4 nobody gets left out

Congrats Toni! Will be back later to go into more detail, but try not to panic too much, we've found baby #4 pretty much fell out and hit the ground running! She had to get used to being lugged around here there and everywhere and she's pretty much just fitted in to what we were doing. Much easier than going from 1-2 (or 3 in my case!)

Firstly congrats

I had baby 4 in march and really have not found it any harder (could be the type of baby she is tho)
Ahh your age gaps are smaller than mine i have 2 at school and my one up from Tessa has just turned 3.
Only thing that is hard is the pick-up drop-offs but that unavoidable really, yeah really 4 is not alot different than 3 imo.
As Maya has said baby 4 just has to slot in.
I found the hardest going from 1-2 and i really love having 4 kids.

Hi there, I too am pregnant with number 4. My other three sons are 6, 3 and 18months and I am slightly freaked out about having a fourth. I don't have any help to offer other than I found going from 1 to 2 much harder than 2 to 3 so I'm just praying that 3 to 4 is the same!

Hi there, thanks for all your comments!
Looks like I will have Hubby doing it with me so won't be alone for this but it was touch & go for a day or so
I'm hoping to find out how far along I am on the 9th, have dating scan in the afternoon. Should be interesting.

I dunno if I am looking forward to this baby but not much I can do now that it is on its way, I'm sure I will get used to it soon though.
Popping out babies every two years was not the plan though LOL
