I've got low iron and have been told to up my dosage to triple what I've been taking and I know the side effects are not going to be kind to me

Anyway, is the product benefiber ok in pregnancy?
My beautiful 2 girls...nearly 4 and 13 months

Yep sure is. I took it my whole pregnancy due to consitipation issues on my m/w's recommendation.

I was recommended it during one of my pregnancies by my gastroenterologist so I'd say its fine

Thanks ladies I bought it at the pharmacy today and didn't even think of asking cause I just assumed it was OK but then I went to have some and thought I'd better check.
Fingers crossed it does the trick

If it doesn't work, just up the amount you take! It will work, I know it does
