I've got low iron and have been told to up my dosage to triple what I've been taking and I know the side effects are not going to be kind to me
Anyway, is the product benefiber ok in pregnancy? -------------  My beautiful 2 girls...nearly 4 and 13 months

I was recommended it during one of my pregnancies by my gastroenterologist so I'd say its fine

Thanks ladies  I bought it at the pharmacy today and didn't even think of asking cause I just assumed it was OK but then I went to have some and thought I'd better check.
