I am wondering how to clean my baby's ears..
She has eczema at the mo, and after a bath her ears have white mush inside, I think it is wet skin flakes?? And they are smelly
Any advice for me please??

Usually the advice is a small wet flannel. Don't use cotton tips - they'll push the yucky stuff down the ear canal to fester and start smelling, and risk breaking off. You could also call your GP's practice nurse and see what they'd advise.

The nurse told me not to put anything bigger than my elbow in there lol! That being said my girls ears are extremely waxy so I clean the outer parts with cotton buds, I just don't go into the canal. You have to be very careful.

I'd just use a tissue. It's good that it has cleaned out by itself, just clean what you can see.

I have tried to drain them by laying her on her side..
The gunk is just around the edge of the canal, and I haven't put anything in for fear of pushing it down into the canal.
Will try a tissue, and maybe pop in to see the nurse at the Dr's tomorrow.
Thanks to all replies
