Going to TTC end of the year and have been reading about iodine supplements now. What is the recommended dosage of iodine?

My iodine tabs from the Dr are 150mcg. I just rang the nurse at the Dr's office each time we were planning to start ttc to get a script for folic acid and iodine.

Thanks Kellz. We are moving to a new area next week so will find a doc and ask for some folic and iodine :)
I have been taking the Solgar Prenatal Nutrients but they don't seem to have enough of those so will run that out then just take folic and iodine.

Not sure on the recommended levels for TTC - But during pregnancy its 150mcg so guessing it would be the same
