| My iodine tabs from the Dr are 150mcg. I just rang the nurse at the Dr's office each time we were planning to start ttc to get a script for folic acid and iodine. |

Thanks Kellz. We are moving to a new area next week so will find a doc and ask for some folic and iodine :) I have been taking the Solgar Prenatal Nutrients but they don't seem to have enough of those so will run that out then just take folic and iodine. ------------- http://lilypie.com" rel="nofollow">

Not sure on the recommended levels for TTC - But during pregnancy its 150mcg so guessing it would be the same -------------  3 little Angels July 10, May 11, Apr 13
