What can I do with them, only I eat them in the house and at the moment they make me feel blurk. So normally don't have such a glut of them but this year I do.

Other than freezing them, does anyone have a recipe they would like to share or an idea of what to do with them. One friend suggested tomato soup but wouldn't I need to remove the skins?? Which I am not keen on doing haha!

My DH did a great soup by roasting a load with a few heads of garlic and then blending down, added some veg stock and simmered away on the stove.

Roasted tomato and garlic soup. Yum

oh - and the skins remove really easily after roasting - just pop them out
