Just wondering...can you use the inserts and trifold thingies for pockets in a prefold cover? Are they ok agains baby's skin?
If not, is there a liner I could try so I can use the inserts?

You could make some polar fleece liners by getting the fabric and just cutting it to size. Or if you're lazy like me you could buy them.

Snazzipants sell them for about $1 each.
