Just wondering if anyone has done any postnatal pilates classes? It is just over a year since I had DS but I feel like my core muscles are still really weak and I'd love to do something about it! Does anyone have any recommendations in Auckland? Hopefully somewhere not too expensive

Hi there - I can recommend Zee at Return to Form (http://returntoform.com/). I've been doing one on one sessions with her. But I also did the general group classes while I was pregnant. And she does postnatal classes if there are a few people who are keen. She specialises in women's health issues which is why I've stuck with her. I got a really cheap deal for the group classes off groupy. But I think she is quite reasonable for the full price classes too. She's very approachable so worth giving a call. Return to Form is in Ponsonby.

Just saw on Return to Form's facebook page they are doing half price pilates classes for Feb. Might be worth a look?
