it's a little heartbreaking really. Maybe I am just too competitive. I know 3 people in labour right now and another 4 that are UTD

Yes yes yes and yes especially when they say oh it only took one time! Or oh it was a mistake! Lol.
But I dont ever get jealous of the girls on here that get their BFPs weither its been a long time for them or short I just never get jealous off here! Wish that it could be me yes but never jealous.

Yep i hard out get jealous.
I also have a few friends that are trying but havent had a baby yet and i will feel stink if i get pregnant first

I used to, I couldn't help it it's like H said every time I heard someone got pregnant my heart broke a little, not because I didn't want it for them but because I wanted it for myself so so badly. It is so tough.

yes totally. and i think its very normal to feel that way.
SIL announced that she was preg again about 7 weeks ago and ive hardly spoken to her since, and we were really close too.
it hurts.
but im like booboo, not jealous when someone on here gets a bfp, just more wishing it was me.

Yes, didn't you know becoming a mother and being a mother is a competitive sport. Well at least I didn't until I started TTC.
Its one of those things in life which your supposed to be able to do easily when it doesn't happen that way its so easy to get competitive and jealous when someone gets ahead of you.

I was sooo jealous of people getting UTD, I hated how bitter it made me. I was also really jealous of people on here getting there BFPs, still happy for them, but definitely jealous too... I felt peed off spending so long in the charting thread and seeing so many people come and go and wondering why it wouldn't happen for me.... TTC is horrid!

I feel like everyone I know is preggers right now lol. I get so clucky but not neccesarly jealous. I guess since I already have the girls I feel pretty blessed. Give it 6 months though if I'm not preggers by then I may start getting a little jealous hehe

Yup, totally! Especially after my mc.... I even was jealous of my bf who announced her first pg a few months before this pg... I already had a baby and had only just started TTC number 2 but I was so upset...
Sad thing is I am jealous of people who get pg first go (both her and my sil did) and who never had a mc.... I wouldnt wish the pain on anyone but am jealous that pg is innocent and wonderful for them and that I had to suffer such pain.

Mel - that doesn't make you a cow at all!!! being jealous doesn't mean you're wishing bad things on them, it means you wish you had it that way ? I would think that's perfectly natural.... and wow nearly 30 weeks!!

Yup jealousy is an ugly beast, I remember when I was charting and was getting jealous of those TTC #2 when I was TTC #1, thinking well at least they've got a baby already.
I know that's really mean and now I'm probably the one people are envious of, which is even more strange as I don't think of myself as being like that at all.
