Having a discussion the other night about how we can "cheat" with getting out fruit and veges intake up.
So what else is there that we can cheat with??
Coffee = beans Wine = Grapes Chocolate = Beans

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Hello...MacDonalds, Burger King, KFC etc
All have lettuce, tomato, pickle/gerkins, onions, potato.
Standard Takeaways - Coleslaw in burgers, beetroot if you're lucky, pineapple etc
But seriously...I count Pams Oven fries as a staple

Pizza! If you get a vegorama that's covered in veg. You can ask them to add meat too if you like but I love vegetarian pizza
ETA: It's not cheating but try stir frying some veg with plain old soy sauce. All you need is a bag of frozen stir fry mix, soy sauce and 5 spare minutes. Soooo yummy.

Break the biscuits before you eat them - all the calories fall out.
Eat a cake someone else baked - their cake, their calories.

My only cheat is to put fruit in muffins or cake (but I dont count it towards our fruit and veg count.)

banana cake, carrot cake, beetroot cake (as DP says  )...
any cake with fruit/veges, each big chunk easily counts as a serve or 2 of the 5
