Having a discussion the other night about how we can "cheat" with getting out fruit and veges intake up. So what else is there that we can cheat with?? Coffee = beans ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

Pizza! If you get a vegorama that's covered in veg. You can ask them to add meat too if you like but I love vegetarian pizza

banana cake, carrot cake, beetroot cake (as DP says )...
any cake with fruit/veges, each big chunk easily counts as a serve or 2 of the 5
