oh god shell!! i havnt been on for a while so expected to come on to hear the news of your arrival!!...you poor hun!!!   i hope your princess makes her late appearance ASAP!!!

Well its D-day today!! Going in for my appointment with the specialist this afternoon to discuss the options, so not sure whether they will induce me today or first thing tomorrow, it will be soon either way  . So, won't be on for a wee while but will keep you all posted as soon as I can. Yay, can't believe bubba will be here soon .

Had to quickly jump on here & tell you shell text me this morning to say Isabella Jane was born at 10:05pm last night, by c-section after 24 hour labour. She weighed a healthy 9lb 2.5oz.
So a big CONGRATS going out to shell & her dh .

Well, I'm back home...just got back. Just had a quick flick through the pages, and thank you to everyone for your well wishes! When I have time I'll write a bit more, but basically what happened was I went into labour 10pm 23rd July and over the next 24 hours baby had turned posterior and got 'stuck' between my pelvis and bladder so after getting myself 8cm dilated without intervention, it was decided I needed an emergency c-section! But by the size of her, I don't think I could have pushed her out! She's 52cm long and 36cm circumference head. Doctor told me she had bruised my bladder as well. Anyway, she's here and thats all that matters and things are pretty good, feeding well, sleeping well, etc. just VERY tired!
