Hey Jen,
From someone who works at the lab... Those tests will not tell you if you are pregnant, the only one that can do that is HCG. Thyroid tests are done to rule out an underactive thyroid (a cause of tiredness etc). Full blood count is a reasonably standard test, just measures the amount of each type of blood cell and is an indicator for a lot of things. Maya has pretty much covered the FSH and LH - they go up and down during your cycle and can pinpoint where you are in your cycle (see the chart on the link). If you are pregnant they will be low, as your follicles will not be stimulated to release an egg!
My suggestion is, (not that I'm condoning this to everyone as your Dr has to pay for each test) but if you REALLY want to know if you are pregnant, and have not had your bloods done yet, just write HCG/ betaHCG/ pregnancy test on your form, and the lab will do it for you
All the best, and hope it all works out for you.
