Hi,

Ok so Sunday night, for some odd reason, Finley woke at 11pm and screamed on and off, all night until 6am, when we went to the hospital as he was only sleeping for 10 mins then screaming again.

Obviously when we got there he was fine so they didn't find anything.

Since then he has been terrible, my happy wee boy has vanished, he is just a grouch, everything upsets him and he's not eating much either.

He has bright red cheeks, but he normally has bright red cheeks, i'm pretty sure he is teething, but he has been for a while and its not been like this?

Any thoughts?

Try a tooth remedy & if that doesn't work then it might be something he's eaten & had a delayed reaction to?

Sam did something similar on and off between 7-8 months old.    Except he would wake screaming every hour or so of every single night

Could it be the double teeth coming through? Or more than one tooth?

In our case it was definitely teeth and some teeth hurt more than others.     He got his bottom front teeth and the top ones with very little pain at all, but man those other ones were wicked!

Good luck, hope he sleeps better for you soon.

Well tonight he had a temp, so looks like he has a bug of some sort, he was so unhappy.

Taking him to the Dr tomorrow, but if its just a virus probably not much to do.

He does appear to have cut another tooth though, so poor wee mite, seems to be going through it.

Sounds Like Zavier - he was the same, totally upset, not eating, fever etc, and we took him to starship where he had chest xrays, and after being there for hours, they said, look, we can't find anything medically wrong with him.

two days later - up came the tooth!!!

We are a bit unsettled at our house too - one tooth up and another one coming. Temp up slightly, not always wanting her bottle and grumpy now and then.
