Topic: Whats on your lunch menu? Posted: 11 March 2010 at 5:14pm |
Friday is shopping day in our house so Thursdays we are usually down to bare minimum and today I had no idea what to give Jackson for lunch. He ended up with this:
Some slices of nectarine
Finger slices of Cruskits
Apple and Avocado mash
To my surprise he the apple and avo mash up.
So what is/was on your lunch menu and what weird combinations do you give your children??

rianna, Harry is on a food strike at the moment and the only thing he will eat is banana and avocado mash! Must try the apple and avo version too.
Yesterday he has the banana and avo mash, squashed grape (yup, just the one), baby yogurt and a gingernut.

Its actually not too bad.. I tried it when I gave it to jake the first time and i could eat it if there was nothing left in the house! Jake still loves his naa-na and avo sandwiches
Yes he is gorgeous, but odd LOL Tonight when DH was putting him to bed he noticed something in his mouth, on inspection it was a chewed up bit of steak. He must have nicked it off one of our plates at dinner time Will be watching our plates a little closer from now on!
