We have a Maclaren Twin Traveller Double Buggy
that we bought second hand on trademe, so not sure what is worth new but we paid about $100.
What I like about it is the seats can recline, so they can sleep if needed. Its also only about 11kgs (some of the ones I looked at were very heavy) so its easy to get in and out of the boot. with two 10kg toddlers its still 30kg to push around!!!
It was a little fiddly to put up and down the first time (read. my husband couldn't do it, but I was ok) but once you have done it a few times its fine. It folds up nice and compactly.
Also the seats are not set way back in the pram, so the boys can see out easily (we have 2 toddlers in it at the moment). Some prams we tried the all the boys could see from the side was the pram and they kept trying to lean forward to see out.
I have the supernanny duo. I like that it reclines for sleeping, and has baskets underneath.
Cons though - the first one I had broke (rivets holding the base together broke when going over a lip of a driveway, causing the pram to collapse on my child). It was replaced without any problems, and the new one has bolts rather than rivets.
Also, it only has 2 handles (as opposed to an extra one in the middle like my old one), which can make it a little harder to move one-handed (not that you do THAT often with 2 kids in it!).
little other thing, the end caps on the handles fall off REALLY easily, both mine are lost now. If you get one, take them off and glue them on before taking it anywhere!
All in all, it's a good wee pram, folds up really small, and hold 2 toddlers easily. It's easy to push, narrow enough to fit through some doorways, and the baskets underneath are great.
