Pregnancy rhinitis

Has anybody got any fantastic ways to deal with severe rhinitis? I've been having problems since very early on in my pregnancy, but until recently I was OK during the day and just had to deal with it at night. Now, my nose is permanently blocked and never stops running, and my head is throbbing.

I'm guessing that I have my twins to thank for this - double dose of hormones, perhaps...
