What is with families amazing ability to make you feel inadequate at what you're doing or how you do things?!

Or is that just my family?!

Love 'em but man they know how to get under my skin! lol.

House reno's ain't done quick enough, I don't work enough, We don't visit enough etc etc. Drives me crazy!

My mum is spectacularly good at this. I don't think she means to, but it comes across like she thinks I haven't a clue as to what I'm doing.

I hardly ever see mine maybe that's why they don't bother me.

LOL the trick is to let their comments flow off like water off a ducks back. One of the best pieces of advice my mum gave me was to listen to all advice and nod and go hmm when it was being offered and then just ignore it and use what i wanted... it backfired on her though when she realised i was doing it with her...

I find it easier to ignore my family than i do my husbands family! Now they make me nuts!!!   LOL!

I find it very easy to ignore hubby's family cause they're in Akld.

My family on the other hand go through patches where they drive us insane, at the moment they're behaving

I'm 36 I feel like I'm 16 at times

Most of the time I can ignore mine - but occasionally it gets to me but I just gotta remember its not intentional. As for the in-laws, don't get me started on that................lol!
