So I am making fudge for people for Xmas but was just wondering how long it will keep for and how it should be kept?

I would say it will get eaten way before it goes bad, I think it keeps for a couple of months at least, and I would store it in an airtight container.

On other note, have you tested today?!!

I heard it lasts for a week in the fridge. Any longer and you need to freeze it. I've been making it in bulk for Xmas & freezing it.
