I live in Manukau, Auckland and looking for some good classes. Im really fit but have Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction and have been told I cant even walk- let alone all the workouts I have been doing (boxing, gym etc) and that the pool is the only place I can go! ANy good classes- I dont mind driving into town for them.

Hi I go to one on a Thurs nite at the pools in Papakura (mAssey Park Aquatic Centre)

Oh cool- saw those online- might see you there Thurs... if I can find a (cheap) swimming suit by then!! haha
