Just keep feeding bubs - if baby gets sick your BM is the best thing for him. And if baby does get sick its likely to be because he is in constant contact with you, not necessarily because of your BM.
I take panadol, GP says its fine. HTH, and hope you feel better soon.

Its very unlikely you will pass the virus onto your baby!

When Lauren was just 3 weeks old I had a really bad tummy bug for 3 days with v&d and I b/f her the whole way through (well in between frequent visits to the bathroom lol). I was so surprised she never caught it from me, but my Mm/w assured me she couldn't catch it and I can say she was right!

Not sure about what medicine to take, I only ever took panadol when b/f!

my mw said nurofen was ok while breastfeeding... I was told to take with panadol after my section if it hurt to much.

As with most things "if pain persists...." I wouldnt be taking panadol or nurofen long term...

Breastfeeding will actually increase the chance of your baby not getting it as you will pass antibodies through the milk to baby. I had flu when Spencer was 8 weeks and he didn't get so much as a sniffle and Spencer and me had a hideous tummy bug and Kyle got it but no where near as bad.

You can take panadol and nurofen is probably ok, they give voltaren after a c/s and that is an anti-inflammatory as well so much the same but just to be safe I would ask the pharmacist or check the packet to see if it has any warnings.

codeine is ok to take as well if you want to take something like panadeine if you need something with a bit more of a kick than just panadol.

I had a terrible cold / cough / chest infection that lasted for 6 weeks a few months ago, and despite constantly coughing and sneezing over DS, he was absolutely fine. I reckon he stole all my antibodies, which is why it took so long for me to get better...

Just as cuppatea said, the best thing to do when you are sick is to breastfeed :) As you will be passing on antibodies to bubs he will already have some protection against the infection.
