Hello all,

I am currently 8dpo and just been to the gym, where after about 10 mins on the bike i started to get period like cramps so i came home, on the way home the right side above my cha-cha has this heavy and tight feeling.....its so weird...

so my question is, is it safe to exercise in the tww? if so how much? because i honestly feel like im gonna do damage or 'lose' whatever may have stuck if i do too much?

im sorry if i sound paranoid, but im finding all this ttc is making me super-paranoid!

I've been told that unless you're training super-hard, then doing what you normally do is fine. However, there are much more knowledgable people on here than me - I'm sure they will be able to correct me if I'm wrong.

However, if you're getting cramps, maybe it's best to give it a rest? Even if it's just for your peace of mind?

I would not think it would be a problem in the TWW as most don't know they are pg till around 4-6weeks.

But if you are having pains I woulb rest up, could be your body saying it needs a rest
