Hey Everyone
Just wondering I saw a topic on dying hair and I am wondering if anyone has any adverse effects when perming their hair, I had my hair braided as I decided thats how I wanted my hair when I go into the labour so was doing a test run, my husband saw it once I had taken it out and said he liked my hair like that (I used to have it when I was younger) so now its triggered the urge to spiral perm my hair ....is it safe??????
Hi lilfatty thanks so much for that, I am so keen to get it done now cause it made me smile when my husband commented on my hair and we all need those lil things during pregnancy yeah I only have a few weeks left 3 to be exact so I think I will go ahead and book in

Be wary of the fact that due to the extra hormones etc that we acquire during pregnancy can prevent the perm from holding...
I had my hair permed when I was about 15 weeks pregnant and it looked horrible... Curls didn't hold their spiralled look for long at all. Just looked dank and gross. So that's just something to keep in mind too. It doesn't happen to everyone, but just something to keep in mind
