Yeah, Ella's comes off at night-time for her sleep but that's it.
Well, I'd first been using Ella's on her thinking that she was teething, but it wasn't teeth upsetting her at the time. Now that she certainly is teething again, I can say that it looks like it's helping - she's less grizzly when she wears it for the day.

A friend of mine swears by them, sad i didnt know about them for Xavier. He cut 4 at a time since he was 3months old, with hard out rashes and sore bottom poor wee mite, he had them all by the time he was 12months though
I use one on my 5 month old and I have def noticed that his checks are less rosey and he is less dribley when he is wearing it. I take if off for bath and bed. The plunket nurse mentioned to me last week to be careful re safety..but they are designed so that if they break the beads don't come off (they are individually knotted) and also to break fairly easily if they get caught on something..and it also look gorgeous
