Was just wondering... when do babies start getting their teeth? Because either my bubba has a little tooth coming up already, or a little ulcer or something on her gums should i be worried about it being an ulcer or could it be a tooth coming ?
Chloe (4 years) and Oliver (3 years).

You can ask your mw next time you see her. Basically it's possible cause some babies are even born with teeth! But it needs someone to actually look at it.

It could be a milk spot, spencer got one of those and I thought it might have been thrush. m/w will be able to let you know and they are totally harmless. But yeah as busymum says some babies are even born with teeth.

Thats right ,i have heard about the fact that the teeth are already formed behind the gums, so when they are born they can sometimes have teeth or you can see the formations of them behind the gums if the gums are white.
They do seem to teeth forever though.....

You can get things on their gums called epsteins pearls (or something like that).. and they are very commonly mistaken for teeth. They're normal
