okay so my little girl has got her first tooth! it came through with no fuss (YAY), and is now just poking through her gum. question is, how big do they actually get? And can they just sit there for a while and not come up fully? Lol I have no idea, no one else in my coffee groups has any yet..... I feel like an idiot for asking but its the easiest way to find out, asking all of you
they can take AGES to grow all the way. mack got some months ago that still arent the same size as his first. lol. if they just have one that fully grows before the others they seem huge but are so cute!
I wondered this too when my girl's first tooth poked through the gum. Her first ones (she's only got 4 so far) took around a month to look like actual teeth and now they look huge ;-)
My DD2 cut her 1yr molars first, and we actually mistook them for her canines as there was just one point (so about a quarter) poking through - about three weeks later they are all fully through.
