Hi
I want to know if anyone has had experience of going by train to Sylvia Park with a stroller?
Their website says they have their own station, but on the maxx transport site it looks like I have to pass over 2 motorways. Have rang the mall, but no reply.

I remember once hearing a mum at a coffee group saying that she had to rely on strangers to help get them up steps to get to a mall- I'm not sure if this was st lukes or Sylvia park-
I live in the Cbd, don't drive and I really need to get my DD her first pair of shoes as she's almost walking. I'd really appreciate any feedback on how easy it is to get to any mall by train.

Sylvia park do have their own station and they have an elevator the connects the train station to the carpark and an entrance to the mall. It should be relatively easy with a stroller, I haven't done it myself but live close by so go past that area regularly. You just might need help getting the stroller on and off the train as sometimes that can be a bit of a problem from what I understand of the gap between the train and the platform.

Ive caught the train a couple of times from Sylvia Park and it wasnt any problem, the lift takes you up, walk across 5 metres and down to the road next to the mall, its at the back, so no motorways to cross

The ticket person will give you a hand with the stroller, just make sure you go into the carriage next to the front of the train, cos they hang out that area I think but Im sure someone else would offer you a hand anyway.

I dont know any malls that dont have wheelchair access, so maybe that mum didnt look properly when at the mall
