I'm not sure Canuckmama, I felt bigger but it wasn't my first baby and I had had a miscarriage 8 weeks earlier so was still feeling bloated from that. But I had no idea at all that I was having twins, not even a suspicion, when I saw the two babies on the scan I thought that it was one baby split in half coz there was something wrong with it!

Wow... So much for you to go trough.
So happy for you that after the trauma of a miscarriage your carrying twins,how blessed you are!!
I will let you guys know after scan tomorrow.Don't care if it's 1 or more, just so long as they are healthy.

Oooh no, not carrying twins now! The gremlins are 20 mths old, just the one in there this time thank God! I love my girls to bits, but the thought of twins again would do my head in!

I cannot believe you have 20 month old twins and another one on the way.
They should give out prizes for that sorta thing.
My scan is at 11:45 this am. I am so scared. HATE having to wait all am.

Hi guys!!!
Had my scan and all is well..(thank god) I have NEVER been so scared! Hopefully that's it for spotting episodes..
I'm 9 weeks today and cannot beleive how big the baby is already! Wow... So floored.Can't wait till my next scan!
So Maya, only 1.. a bit relieved for that to tell you the truth,I'm sure twins would be amazing, but I'm pretty petite and the thought of carrying 2 bubs around was doing my head in.
Thanks for all the support. I've just moved from Canada in December (hubby is a kiwi) and have literally made one girlfriend whose moved to Napier. I am going NUTS for my friends at home 
Needless to say, all the support here has been crucial to me

Yay Canuckmama....Awesome news!!
Now just relax and enjoy the pregnancy. My sonographer told me after my 8 weeks scan that the chances of MC is really low after this stage. So I would say you will have a beautiful baby in about 31 weeks...LOL

Hi, since the spotting is brown and light you don't have much to worry about at all. Well over 50% of pg'cies spot in the first trimester, from what I've heard.
