I tried those saline sprays but they really didn't help at all. I asked the OB a few months back and he said I could use beconase - I don't mind the snuffles during the day but I can't sleep with a stuffy nose. So little of it gets absorbed its not really going to affect bubs - but I would recommend you talk to your LMC before taking anything too serious.

Im the same, and still having issues with not taking much whist still breastfeeding.
I used the saline sprays too (not much help) I also used allermed relief which is safe to use and seemed to help.

Ive been lucky so far but do get terrible sinus/hayfever which usually starts up in spring.

My GP gave me some tablets that are safe, but recommended I only take them when absolutely needed. There is a saline rinse kit you can get from the pharmacy that is meant to be good. I also had a little ointment tube that you spread on a cotton bud and coat your nostrils. I think that was from a health food shop and worked really well.

Good luck, sinus is awful!
