Has anyone else had this? I often get the chills at night in bed just before AF ......its that shivery feeling like `someone is walking on your grave' as people say.

I have to sleep on my back to keep it warm enough to sleep!

Anyway I am 7dpo today and have already been having the chills/shivers and super cold feet.

Just wondering if others experience this and, even better if anyone had this then got a BFP

This isn't really the same thing. But for some strange reason a day or 2 before Af turns up my stomach goes really cold.

Tarns.... I get really cold feet a few days before AF which is sign for me that the unwelcome witch is around the corner lol.   I also get asthma and hayfever a day or two before AF... strange

I go numb "down there" a day or two before AF is going to turn up. Such a strange feeling

I usually get a bruising pain down there a few days before AF it isn't very nice, as for the cold thing, I'm always cold!!
