We've just purchased a safe t sleep for ava as she is getting really wriggly (shes 2 months old). Shes used to being wrapped with both arms in and on her back. Can we do this with the safe t sleep over the top? On the instructions it only shows a side sleeper in a wrap.

did you wrap her with both arms in by her sides? Ive just read info (getting paranoid here) that they can get out of the wrap and the safe t sleep gets loose and they wriggle down.

No never down by her sides. I always wrapped her with her hands across her body, its a more natural and comfy position than straight down my there sides!
If she can get out of the wrap, try using a diff fabric or wrap differently! We certainly never had any issues with her moving down the safety sleep. They are designed to be pinned to the babys nappy, but we never did that. I know others on here have had to pin it tho,..but u shouldnt have a prob at 2 months old!

Yep, Caden used to get swaddled and then put into the Safe T Sleep. He isnt swaddled now as he hates it, he is in a sleep bag instead.

ETA-Cadnes arms were always by his sides, he was fine with it, if he got uncomfy he would get his arms up. I didnt wrap him too tight as he got older.

Lol I guess its totally depends on the baby u have. Isa would not settle with her arms at her sides, and I wrapped her tighter as she got holder, cos thats the only was she would settle.
